Who We Are
Frosty’s Fosters Animal Rescue started with the Uelmen family and their passion for rescuing cats. Over the years they brought these cats back to full health and re-homed them. Eventually, they made the decision to make doing what they love official. On October 15th, 2015 they received the 501c3 non-profit, charitable organization status. After their non-profit was approved, Frosty’s started rescuing dogs and began networking with other organizations.
As they expanded they began to rescue more dogs from the south (mainly Alabama). The rescue still helps local animals in need and while much of the focus is on saving dogs from the southern states, Frosty’s also makes sure to help cats in need. Working with other organizations within Wisconsin is important. Saving animals as a family has been a theme with Frosty’s Fosters and connecting and networking with other rescues creates a family between these organizations as well. Through their volunteers, fosters and sponsors Frosty’s works to continue expanding and saving more animals each year.

Our Goal
The ultimate goal for Frosty’s Fosters Animal Rescue is to build our own facility to house rescue animals in until they find their forever home. Right now, we are working through our wonderful fosters to love and take care of our rescues. We try everyday to save as many animals as we can and continue collecting donations from our wonderful donors to push our mission forward.
